If you can't change it; accept it.

Different people have a completely different set of personalities.
In order to develop friendship; you have to accept the person for who they are.
& obviously not for what they are.

At certain times; you might feel betrayed, you might feel hurt.
But still, learn to tolerate.
If tolerance does not exist between both of your friendship; then you have not completely accepted them.

Applying the same to the section;
The too-many-a-time frequent conflicts and disputes have been the peak of the tension.
What exactly is hard to accept someone?
Some may say; a multitude factors.
Stuffs like: attitude; personality; & blahblahblahs.
But no one has given a thought that, maybe I have not fully understood that person as a friend.

From what I see and feel; most of the contents of the petty disputes and conflicts are mostly due to the fact that most of them aren’t used to standing in the other party’s shoes.
If you can and manage to do it; I think that it might reduce the amount of quarrels that the section is facing now.

TRUST
Yeaps, it is a word you seen far too many times appearing in this page. But most of you treat it just as an occasional glance. You know the reluctance, its importance, its lack of presence. However, most of us might chose to ignore it ( after all, its just a 5 letter word; why not ? ).
But still; it has a dictionary definition
- Confidence to rely on the integrity, strength, ability, surety, etc., of a person or thing
&
- confident expectation of something; hope

If you claims and says that you are able to do and practice these two definitions, then there is an obvious loophole that most of you don’t; the presence of minor and petty quarrels depicts it all.

You have to trust in a person in a section in order emerge as one single general; not as an individual who shines and leaves the rest in a shadow of dust. If you entrusts your trust in someone, then you should allow yourselves to believe in him/her; & obviously not question their reliability.

The seniors hold high hopes for everyone; who doesn’t wants their juniors to succeed? & obviously , they trust you enough to hold a high expectation for you. If you find it happening on you; you are not supposed to fall under the ‘pressure’ , but try and climb up to their expectations; help other juniors who have difficulties or what-so-ever.

But seriously, cut all those quarrels and conflicts down, its having a major impact on the trusting bonds of the section.
