After French Horn section has been announced as the best section for the year 2008,i was very happy and horn section too.But as days pass,the discipline and attitude went down.If you all can mantain your discipline and attitude during the outdoor period with ming kwang,i don't see why you all can't mantain it now with me.Seriously,i think i've been too nice to you all.You all have been climbing over my head.Its a mistake for me to be nice to you all.I thought by being nice to you all,you will feel much better and will mantain the discipline and attitude.But no ! Everytime when i ask u all to come 7.30 for band,surely there must be someone late.i dun want to say out the name here but u know who you are.Whenever i ask u all to hurry up,some of you can even walk and take your own sweet time.Also,when i punish you all,can u all please be more serious.Its really not funny.Yes you can joke,but there must be a limit.You all have gone too far.Some of you here can even talk back to your seniors.That is very unrespectfull.I really hate that.If you all are in the wrong,just keep quiet and listen to what ur senior is saying.Sometimes during band,i heard some of you saying vulgarities.Can u all stop that and control yourselves.And if the seniours punish u all,don't think that they are biased to you.They did that because they want you to learn from your mistakes.Its for your own good.Also,during sectionals can u all dun slack.Ouh yes,anything,if you want to do or say something stupid,think first before you proceed.Cause you might get in a serious trouble.

Other than that,i know you all have been working hard to get in the indoor syf.But i'm really sorry.Like what mr poh said,its not what he wanted.dun be sad or angry or whatever.You still have some more indoor syf.just keep working hard.i hope in year 2009,we will mantain the name of french horn section and once again be the best section.
