hey guys! since this is a BBQ, I don't really wish to spend money on equipments like: tongs, paper plates etc., as the money could be spent on getting more food. also, if there are extras remaining from the money that I've collected from you guys, I would split the remainder equally & return them to you guys, ( or unless you guys don't mind putting the money inside the sectional fund :D)!

generally, we would be needing these equipments:
- at least 2 tongs (1 for shifting the charcoals, 1 for the food) - paper plates - paper/styrofoam utensils (un-needed though, if you guys don't mind using your hands) - paper cups - ice box (which we'll use to house the ice-cubes for the drinks if it's available). - many many satay sticks - the gauze wire-weaved sheet thing you put on top of the pit? :D (sorry, I don't know what it's called ><)

P.S: I'll be booking the pit in advance as there are very little pits available to the date before school reopens.
P.S: PLEASE remember to bring the $8 on the day of the band camp as there are no other dates that we can collect the money. the money collected before had would be used to pay for the food, charcoal, fire-starters etc. for the BBQ :D
